WHO I WORK WITH

Talks, Workshops & More

Break Free at Work is a real-world mental health experience designed to shift culture; not just awareness.

❌ Without 'Break Free' at Work

People show up, but emotionally checked out, and performance quietly drops

Mental health hides behind smiles, driving absenteeism and silent burnout

Leaders avoid hard conversations, so teams feel unsupported and drift away

The same patterns repeat until someone breaks, costing time, energy, and trust

With 'Break Free' at Work

People open up, feeling seen, not judged and communication flows

Teams use what they learn, so stress is managed, and absenteeism drops

Conversations go deeper, and shift how people relate, work, and lead

Leaders show up with more clarity, calm, and confidence

FAQs

What if my teen doesn’t want to engage?

I get it. Most parents worry their teen won’t talk, won’t open up, or will just shut down. But that’s not a barrier here — it’s the starting point. I’ve been that teen. Silent. Angry. Stuck. Feeling like no one got it. That’s why I don’t come in with pressure or polished scripts. I come in real. Because of that, teens connect with me — not always immediately, but they do. Not because they have to. Because they feel safe. Understood. Unjudged. And that’s where everything starts to shift.

What’s my role as a parent during this coaching?

You’re not expected to fix everything — and you’re not left out either. Your teen gets their own space to be heard and supported. But as a parent, you’ll get regular updates, personalised guidance, and clear ways to support the progress at home. This isn’t just about helping your teen — it’s about strengthening your connection too.

Will this really work with our team?

Yes — because I meet people where they are. I’ve worked with global teams, government staff, and high-pressure environments where engagement is low and people are burned out. Whether you’re in finance, education, healthcare, or tech — the core challenges are the same: people are overwhelmed, and they need practical, human support that makes a difference fast.

What exactly do you offer — a talk, a workshop, or something ongoing?

I offer talks that shift mindsets, workshops that spark change, and coaching that deepens it. Whether you're looking for a one-off session or an ongoing support plan, we’ll design something that fits your team, your goals, and your culture. No generic slides. No wasted hours. Just real support that sticks.

If you change nothing, then nothing changes.

So do something.
